Manager
For me, operations management is about making the whole system work — people, processes, planning, resources and information.
I work in the aircraft manufacturing industry, where complex products, demanding requirements and changing priorities require close coordination between production, planning, engineering and the customer.
I prefer being close to the actual process. Data and KPIs are important, but so is being on the shop floor, talking to people, understanding the problems behind the numbers, and turning that understanding into action.

Working Across Languages & Cultures
Manufacturing is ultimately about people — and my working environment is highly international.
I speak Lithuanian, German, English and Russian, and use several of these languages regularly in my work.
German is the main language of daily operations, while Russian helps me communicate directly with members of our multicultural production team who have limited German. English is frequently used when working with our international customer.
Being able to move between languages helps me bridge communication gaps between the shop floor, management and the customer — especially when problems need to be understood and solved quickly.
Aircraft Manufacturing
Working in aircraft manufacturing has taught me that operational improvement cannot come at the expense of discipline and reliability.
Production involves complex assemblies, technical documentation, changing priorities and close coordination between multiple departments and the customer.
My role is to bring these elements together and create a production environment that is structured, transparent and capable of continuously improving.
